1. Vehicle Usage & Driver Eligibility

The vehicle must only be driven by the registered customer who has submitted valid KYC documents and a valid driving licence. Sub-leasing, transferring to unauthorized third parties, commercial racing, or illicit activities is strictly prohibited.

2. Speed Limit & Safe Driving Policy

A strict speed limit of 100 km/h is enforced via real-time telematics. Speed limit violations and aggressive driving will incur safety penalty fines as recorded by the GPS device.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations made 6 hours prior to pickup time are eligible for a 100% refund. Cancellations made within 6 hours of scheduled pickup time will incur a 50% cancellation fee. No refunds are applicable once the trip has commenced or in case of a no-show.

4. Fuel & Return Policy

The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as recorded during initial pickup inspection. Late returns past the agreed grace period will be billed at standard hourly extension rates.

5. Security Deposit & Damage Liability

Refundable security deposits will be processed back to the customer within 24-48 hours after vehicle return and damage inspection. Any physical damage, interior staining, or traffic challans incurred during the rental period are the sole financial responsibility of the hirer.

6. Vehicle Cleanliness & No-Smoking Policy

Smoking, consuming alcohol, or carrying pets inside the vehicle without prior approval is strictly prohibited. Severe interior staining, odors, or trash will incur a professional deep cleaning penalty.

7. Accidents, Breakdown & Roadside Assistance

In case of breakdown or accidental damage, hirer must immediately contact Drevo Wheels 24x7 roadside assistance. Do not attempt unauthorized third-party repairs without written consent from Drevo Wheels.

8. Fastag, Tolls & Traffic Challans

All state border entry permits, toll charges via FASTag, parking charges, and traffic police challans incurred during the rental period are the sole responsibility of the customer and will be adjusted from the deposit.
